摘要
针对唐山建龙实业有限公司炼钢厂转炉富余热量大的现状,对转炉造渣工艺进行了分析,用生白云石替代部分轻烧白云石后,造渣工艺的优化不仅减少了喷溅的发生,而且降低了转炉渣量,取得了较好效果。
Against the present situation of sparing heat being too much in converter of Steelworks of Jianlong Industrial Co. ,Ltd. , slag making process is analyzed and optimized. With crude dolomite substituting partly caustic -burned one, chance of spitting gets less, slag quantity decreased, good result got.
