百叶遮阳和Low-E玻璃在南京地区的综合遮阳效果研究——南京万科金色家园遮阳效果测试

Study on Sunshade Effectiveness Measurements of Louver Sunshade and Low-E Glass in Nanjing Vanke Golden Garden

本文通过对南京万科金色家园的前期计算机模拟,对其采取了一些遮阳措施,为验证采取遮阳措施后的效果,在三种工况下,笔者采用对比实测法,对两个相同的房间进行测试,测试参数为:热舒适性、采光系数、耗电量等,并对测试结果进行分析,实现了建筑节能技术从理论研究到实际应用直至效果验证的全过程。

In Vanke golden garden, several measures for sunshade were presented in this paper based on the computer simulation. In order to validate the effectiveness of these measures, the comparative experiments were carried out under three different conditions, the parameters including PMV, lighting index, power consumption et al. In addition, the experimental results were analyzed. For the building energy-saving technology, the changing from the theoretical study to the practical application and the effective validation was obtained.
