螺杆泵井电机降容技术

摘要 地面驱动螺杆泵井多配置Y系列三相异步电机,考虑到启动扭矩的影响,现场电机配置功率明显偏高,使电机负载率低,增加了无功损耗。对此,在理论分析和现场测试的基础上,根据螺杆泵井启动扭矩和功率的变化特点,引进了双功率电动机,与Y系列电机相比,节电可达10%以上。28口井的现场应用表明,可有效降低装机功率,降低生产能耗,提高螺杆泵采油系统效率,具有较好的推广应用前景。 The Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor is generally equipped with surface driven screw pump, and the motor's power is higher than normal with the consideration of starting torque, which increases the reactive loss and makes the load factor lower. According to the variation characteristic of starting torque and power of screw pump well, binary power motor was introduced to replace Y-series motor. Compared with Y-series motor, binary power motor could save more than 10% electrical power. The field application on 28 wells shows that binary power motor could effectively decrease installed power and energy consumption, and improve the system efficiency of screw pump, and this type of motor has a prosperous popularization prospects.
