摘要 使用976nm半导体激光器作为抽运源,对利用非线性放大环形镜(NALM)锁模运行的掺Yb3+光纤激光器进行了实验研究,获得了脉冲宽度43.6ps,中心波长为1053.3nm的锁模脉冲激光输出,光谱宽度8nm,输出功率为0.2mW,重复频率为18.2MHz,经过放大,通过光栅对腔外色散补偿,在腔外产生了宽度616fs的脉冲激光· The experimental study of the Yb^3+-doped figure-of-eight cavity fiber laser using the nonlinear amplifying loop mirror (NALM) was reported, which was pumped by 976 nm semiconductor laser. The fiber laser can generate 0.2 mW average power of 43.6 ps pulse duration at a repetition of 18.2 MHz, and operating central wavelength was 1053. 3 nm, spectrum width was 8 nm, though grating pairs to compensate the positive dispersion outside the cavity, as short as 616 fs output pulse was obtained after amplifying, which was to our knowledge the shortest pulse to date from this kind of Yba+ doped fiber laser.
