双偏心椭圆高斯光束在一阶ABCD光学系统中的传输特性 被引量:5

摘要 通过求解时谐条件下的亥姆霍兹方程,得到一个特解双偏心椭圆高斯光束,该光束由两个偏心椭圆高斯光束叠加而形成的,可用于描述大功率激光二极管远场分布双峰特性·分析了该光束的光场模型,运用惠更斯-菲涅尔广义积分公式,得到了该光束在一阶ABCD光学系统中的传输场分布和解析表达式,在此理论基础上,数值计算得到光场分布和远场发散角,并运用该光束模型模拟了新型激光二极管光场分布,理论结果与实际结果吻合· Double Decent elliptical Gaussian beams solution to the wave equation were obtained. By the generalized Collins integral, the propagation characteristics of Double Decent elliptical Gaussian beam passing through an ABCD was studied; the propagation formula of passing through optical systems was derived; the analytical expressions of illustrated. It was furnished in analyzing laser diodes. This novel model was used intensity distribution is derived and numerical examples is physically the propagation properties of the beams of high-power for describing the beam output characteristics of high-power laser diodes. The theory result matches experiment result well.
