摘要
火焰原子吸收光谱法测定中草药白茅根茎部的F e、Cu、Zn、M n、C a、M g,方法简单、精密度好、回收率在92.0%—104.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1.8%,结果令人满意。
The contents of metal elements Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca,Mg in the stem of medicinal plant Rhizoma Imperatae were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The method is simple and accurate,and the results are satisfactory with recoveries of 92.0 %-104.4 %. and RSDs less than 1.8%.
