人体胆结石成分及无机元素的分析探讨 被引量:2

摘要 本文运用三种仪器对胆结石中无机元素含量和成分进行测定,对照标准谱图分析。四个样品的主要成分均为胆固醇,含有较多的元素依次为C a、N a、P、K和M g。通过所得结果对胆固醇的成因、无机元素含量变化的作用进行了讨论。 Three kinds of instruments were applied to determine the composition and amounts of the inorganic elements of the gallstones. Contrasted the results with the standard chart for reference, the main composition of four samples was cholesterol without exception. The relative majority elements of Ca,Na,P,K,Mg were contained one by one. According to that result, we have discussed the cause of formation of cholesterol and the effect of the inorganic elements if the amounts of the elements changed.
