等静压用白(灰)釉配方的研制

Development of White and Grey Glaze Recipes

为了满足等静压车间生产棒形、套管白(灰)釉产品的需要,对白(灰)釉配方进行了研究。在白釉的基础上,依据各种外加剂的性质,拟定了16个配方,经过4次试验,最终选择16#配方,其组成为白釉100g,流平剂0.5g,阻水剂C、D各0.2g,颜料0.2g,熔融温度1210℃～1235℃,冷热性能205℃/197℃,高温流动度23mm,试样无釉弯曲强度155.66MPa,有釉弯曲强度175.74MPa,满足了等静压工艺的要求。

In order to meet the demand for manufacturing solid core and hollow insulators with white and/or grey glaze in iso-static processing workshop, experimental works were made on white （grey） glaze recipes. On basis of white glaze recipe, 16 compositions were worked out in consideration with properties of various additives. Through four experiments composition 16# was selected which composes 100 g of white glaze, 0.5 g of dispersant, 0.2 g each of water obstructing agent C and D, colorant of 0.2 g, having smelting temperature of 1 210℃～1235℃, thermal shock temperature of 205℃/ 197℃, fluidity at high temperature of 23 mm, bending strength of unglazed sample of 155.66 MPa and that of glazed sample of 175.74 MPa. the requirement of iso-static processing has been met.
