摘要 介绍了220kV金属氧化物避雷器不拆除一次高压引线的试验方法,并对试验方法进行了误差分析,与常规试验方法进行了比较。结果表明,直流发生器的输出电流应选择大于3mA;试验前应对避雷器表面进行清洁,空气湿度大时,还应对避雷器表面进行屏蔽试验;试验时,应尽可能缩短高压引线的长度,并考虑引线与被试品的角度等;MOA底座绝缘电阻值应尽量大,可减少测量误差,得出不拆线试验方法是可行的。 author introduces the test procedure for 220 kV MOA without removing its connecting lead, and the test error evaluation, comparison with the data of normal test result was made. The results show that the preferable DC output current of 3 mA shall be chosen, the MOA surface shall be cleared before testing and MOA surface shielding shall be made in humid atmosphere, the HV lead to MOA at test shall be as short as possible and at a reasonable angle with test piece. The insulating resistance of MOA base shall be high enough for reducing the measurement error. The test without removing the connecting lead is feasible.
