摘要
在加速器中产生脉冲中子源需要对离子源脉冲化。采用10 MHz聚束和2.5 MHz扫描频率,通过仵交叉场分析器设置直流偏置电压和变频切割电压,改变离子束脉冲频率,使之从2.5 MHz到39 kHz可调。文章介绍脉冲频率可调、幅度可调的脉冲化电路的改进设计及初步实验结果,并给出功放热设计参考。
Modification of ion beam pulsing circuits of PKU 4.5 MV Van de Graff accelerator is described. In the present design, a bunching frequency of 10MHzwith sweeping frequency of 2.5 MHz sine waves is used, For changing repetition rate of beam pulses, an adjustable DC voltage of cross field mass analyzer deflects the beam away from the aperture and a regulated frequency pulse voltage added on the analyzer returns the beam to go through the aperture again. Beam pulses repetition rates are 2.5 MHz, 1.25 MHz, 625 kHz, ..., 39 kHz.
