摘要
介绍了继电器贮存寿命加速试验系统的软件设计,可同时对不同温、湿度应力下的多台继电器上百对触头的电参数进行精确检测,对试品的贮存寿命进行加速试验研究。
The software design of the new accelerated test system for electromagnetic relay＇s storage life was introduced. By means of it, the electrical parameters of relays＇ hundred-pair contacts under different accelerated temperature and humidity levels can be accurately measured, and the storage life of relay can be tested.
