摘要
分布式控制系统的干扰包括安装环境不符合要求产生的噪声源干扰、外部电磁感应干扰及变频器等设备高次谐波对系统造成的干扰。选用合适的安装环境可减少噪声源;通过合理布线可抑制外部电磁感应干扰;在各级供电电源及信号数据线的输入端加吸收装置可避免冲击过电压损坏系统器件;在变频器的输入端接入滤波器或隔离器可避免变频器高次谐波对系统造成影响。
The interferences of distributed control system include noise sources interference emerged by the unqualified environment, electromagnetic induction interference come from outward and multi-frequency harmonics interference come from inverter. The noise sources can be reduced by using qualified environment. The electromag netic induction interference come from outward can be restrained by reasonable laying wire. To add absorber at input of all levels power source and data signal can avoid damaging system's deveices by over-vohage. To connect filters or isolate transformer to the input of convertor can avoid effect on the system by multi-frequency harmonics.
