广州地区大学毕业生自我效能感对就业意向的影响

摘要 目的调查广州大学毕业生自我效能感对就业意向的影响,方法釆用一般自我效能感量表与自编就业意向问卷对广州大学城386名大四本科毕业生进行调查,结果男生和女生的自我效能感差异显著;自我效能感与月薪和就业后关注的问题.以及与就业观念存在显着相关,男女生的就业观念有一定的差异;就业观念和择业前后所考虑的问题是毕业生就业意向中非常关心的方面。结论自我效能感对就业意向有一定程度的影响。 Objective To investigate the Influence imposed on Job-hunting attitude by Sense of self efficacy of undergraduate students in Guangzhou. Methods Using the GSES and the self-made job bunting attitude inventory to investigate 386 undergraduate college students, Restults Significant differences are found between male's sense of self-effieacy and female's;significant correlations are found between sense of self-efficacy and salary and job-hunting idea and the matters after job cho sen; certain differences exist in different sex; besides, job-hunting idea and the matters considered before and after job-hunting are the aspects specially concerned by undergraduates, Conclusion Sense of self-efficacy have influence on job hunting at titude.
