性犯罪服刑人员不同刑期及服刑时间心理特征分析

The Analysis of the Psychology Health Status of Sex Criminal Persons During Different term of Imprisonment and Different term of Sentence Service

目的探讨性犯罪服刑人员不同刑期及服刑时间的心理特征，为性犯罪的社会心理评估和矫治干预提供相应的理论依据。方法采用艾森克个性问卷、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、简易应对方式问卷对40名性犯罪服刑人员进行研究．比较不同服刑期限及己服刑期限对其心理特征的影响。结果罪犯组内短刑期组与长刑期组在EPQ的精神质因素上有显着性差异；罪犯组内不同的已服刑时间在EPQ的精神质、神经质、内外向性、掩饰性因子及消极应对方式指标上均有显着性差异．而且精神质、神经质、消极应对方式倾向随己服刑时间的延长而加重，掩饰性因子随已服刑时间的延长掩饰性越来越差。结论性犯罪服刑人员的心理状况随着刑期及已服刑时间的延长心理健康水平越来越羞．

Objective To study the psychology character at different stages of imprisonment of the sex criminal personnel, so as to provide correspondence theory for sex criminal personnel evaluation and its therapy, Methods 40 sex criminal personnel were questioned by using EPQ, SDS, SAS questionnaire. To compare if there is any influence at different imprisonment time and different stage of imprisonment for sex criminal personnel, Results In sex criminal group, there is significant difference in psychology index between short term of imprisonment and long term of imprisonment. There are significant difference in psychology index, nervousness index, introversion and extraversion index, conceal factor and passive response manner at different time of imprisonment. Further more, the longer time in prison, the more serious psychology index, nervousness index and passive response manner index problem. And with the longer time in prison, the conceal index become worse, Conclusion The psychology status of sex criminal personnel become worse with the longer time of imprisonment.
