Generalized anxiety disorder （GAD） is the basic one that wildly exists in the anxiety patients. The core trait of GAD is worry. Wells＇ recta-cognitive theory is recently the best one which can interpret this disorder effectively. The questionnaires developed from this theory display excellent reliability and validity.
