摘要
在政府部门的强制推行下,监理行业得到了快速发展,经过十多年的探索、总结和提高,取得了很好的成效。但是,随着市场经济的逐渐成熟,强制监理制度暴露出了种种弊端,影响到了监理行业的健康、稳步发展。为此,有必要在试点基础上逐步取消强制监理制度。
Under the enforcement of the government, professional supervision has got rapid development, Through over a decade of exploring, concluding and developing, supervision has gained great achievement. However, with the maturation of market economy, enforced supervision policy has revealed kinds of disadvantages which are harmful to steady development of professional supervision. Therefore, it＇s necessary to cancel enforced supervision policy gradually.
