摘要
通过紧密结合我国目前推行的全过程造价管理理论,以建设项目设计阶段和施工阶段为重点,从项目基本情况、现场情况、全过程造价管理、全要素造价管理、全风险造价管理、全团队造价管理、后阶段工作重点、工程图片共八个方面阐述了全过程造价管理月报的要领和内容,并深入分析了全过程造价管理月报的性质、作用以及对月报的运用。
The text introduces the essentials and contents of monthly report system of whole process cost management through the following eight aspects: basic information of project, field situation, whole process cost management, whole elements cost management, whole risks cost management, whole teams cost management, key emphasis of work in later sections, picture of project. The text combines with the whole process cost management theories that implement in our country now, mainly presents the design process and work process, and gives a further instruction of complex, functions and uses of monthly report of whole process cost management.
