This paper analyzes corporation quota＇s function in bidding under the mode of bill with quantities evaluating as well as the current situation and abuse in application of corporation quota. It also puts forward the thought of compiling corporation quota. Under the mode of bill with quantities, construction enterprises should finish corporation quota＇s compilation rapidly in the working practice of bidding and in the process of improvement of manage- ment level and engineering level.
