宁波港入境船舶压舱水中携带浮游生物的调查与分析

Study on Planktons Taken by Ballast Water of International Navigation Ships.

〔目的〕研究分析国际航行船舶载自境外压舱水中携带的浮游水生生物状况。〔方法〕随机选取宁波口岸的52艘国际航行船舶作为监测对象,进行压舱水一般性指标监测,以及浮游植物细胞计数、种类鉴定,浮游动物种类鉴定、个体密度计算等,并对监测数据进行统计学分析。〔结果〕在85%以上的压舱水监测水样中检出至少1种浮游水生生物种,并检出4种外洋种与14种与赤潮发生密切相关藻种。〔结论〕通过本次调查,国际航行船舶压舱水中携带的浮游水生生物,包括有害生物的情况较为严重,船舶压舱水已成为我国一种重要的有害生物传播途径。

Objective To study planktons taken by ballast water of international navigation ships. Methods 52 international navigation ships were randomly selected as the monitoring objects. Some indexes of ballast water such as pH value, specific gravity, temperature and turbidity were detected. Cell counts and class identification of planktons were also done. All of the data were analyzed by proper statistic methods. Results At least one kind of plankton was checked out from over 85 percent of ballast water samples. 4 kind of oceanic and 14 kind of algae related with red tide were also found. Conclusions The condition of lots of planktons including harmful species taken by ballast water has become serious. And up to now, ballast water of international navigation ships has been an important vector of harmful species.
