不同类型精神障碍住院患者应对方式的比较

Comparison of Coping Modes of the Different Kinds of In-Patients with Mental Disorders.

目的 了解不同类型精神障碍住院患者的应对方式，以便进行临床治疗和健康教育。方法 采用医学应对问卷（MCMQ），对273名来自华北煤炭医学院附属开滦精神衡生中心的精神障碍住院患者进行调查研究。结果 （1）不同性别精神障碍住院患者的医学应对方式比较没有显著性差异．（2）不同年龄组的精神障碍住院患者的医学应对方式比较没有显著性差异。（3）不同文化程度的精神障碍住院患者的医学应对方式比较没有显着性差异。（4）不同职业的精神障碍住院患者的医学应对方式比较没有显着性差异。（5）不同类型精神障碍住院患者的医学应对方式比较，在“面对”和“屈服”策略中有显着性差异。精神分裂症与心境障碍患者在“面对”策略有区别，心境障碍患者与神经症和器质性精神障碍患者在屈服“策略”中有显著性差异。结论 不同性别、不同年龄组、不同文化程度、不同职业比较医学应对方式无差别；不同类型精神障碍住院患者的应对方式有显着性差别．

Objective To study coping modes of the different kinds of in-patients with mental disorders, so as to carry out the clinical healthy education. Methods Medical Coping Mode Questionnaire （MCMQ） was used to investigate 273 patients with mental disorders, who come from the Affiliated KaiIuan Mental Health Center of North China Coal Medical College. Results （1） There was not significant difference in the patients with mental disorders between different sexes. （2） There was not significant difference between different age groups. （3） There was not significant difference between different levels of education. （4）There was not significant differenee between different jobs. （5） There was significant difference in the tactics between ＂confrontation＂ and ＂surrender＂. Sehizophrenia is different from Mood disorders in confrontation tactic. Among patients with mood disorders and neurosis and organic mental disorders, there was significant difference in surrender tactic. Conclusion There were not significant difference in medical coping modes in different sexes, age groups, levels of education and jobs. The different kinds of patients with mental disorders have significant difference in coping modes.
