The Investigation of the Psychological State of Patients with Primary Hypertention.

目的 探讨原发性高血麈患者的心理状况。方法 对40例原发性高血压患者采用SCL-90进行测评分析。结果 原发性高血压患者躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌封等方面顾着差于常模．结论 医生应该关注高血压病患者心理状况。

Objective To explore the psychological state of patients with primary hypertension. Methods 140 cases of pri mary hypertension were surveyed with SCL-90. Results The scores of somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility were significantly higher than norm. Conclusion Doctors should pay attention to the psychological state of patients with primary hypertension.
