204名军队基层政工干部心理健康状况及与人际交往品质相关分析

The Correlation between Mental Health and the Personality Traits in Human Communications of the Military Politic Officers.

目的 探讨基层政工干部的心理健康与人际交往品质的相关关系。方法 本研究以心理健康临床症状自评测验（SCL-90）和人际交往品质问卷为测量工具对南京军区204名政工干部起先了调查。结果 基层政工干部的心理健康状况良好，心理健康项目与大部分人际交往品质因子呈显著性相关，研究结果具有统计学意义。

Objective To investigate the correlation between mental health and thepersonality traits in human communications of the military politic officers at the basielevel. Methods 204 military politic officers were investigated by the Symptom Check List 90（SCL--90） and the Questionnaire about the personality traits in humancommunieations. Results The politic officers are in a good psychosomatic state, and the mental health items have notable correlation with the most factors of the personality traits in human communications, the results of this study is of significant meaning.
