家庭内人际关系所致心理障碍的案例研究

The Case Study on Mental Disorders Which Induced by the Relationship of Family.

目的 通过案例研究，了解家庭内人际关系问题导致的家庭成员心理障碍的情况，探索通过家庭内部人际关系的调整，进行心理治疗的可能性。方法 通过访谈，了解各个家庭就诊背景，对家长和青少年分别进行十六项人格因素调查表（16PF）和焦虑抑郁自评量表测查。结果 青少年患者的忧虑性、紧张性分数较高（P〈0．05），家长的敏感性分数较高（P〈0．01）。青少年的抑郁程度患者重于其家长（0．61±0．02 VS 0．43±0．025 P〈0．01）。结论 患者的个性容易紧张、忧虑，情绪不平稳，而家长的人格特征也有容易紧张忧虑的趋向。进行心理治疗有必要详细了解家庭内部的人际关系情况，对青少年和家长同时进行治疗。

Objective Studying the mental disorders cases which come from failure relationship in family by mental tests, to explore the probability of treatment. Methods We used the 16PF, SAS and SDS in patients and their parents. Results The depression level in adolescents patients was higher than their parents （0. 61± 0. 02 VS 0.43±0. 025 P〈0.01）, their anxiety and nervousness with 16PF was as the same trend （P〈（0.05）, but sensitivity in parents was higher than the patients （P〈0.01）, Conclusion In order to treat teenagers＇ mental disorders, we should pay more attention to the relationship in their family, and their parents＇ mental disorders should be treated at the same time.
