履带式装甲车辆扭力轴使用可靠度工具包的开发

摘要 根据路面的统计特性生成了装甲车辆行驶的典型路面的路面谱。根据装甲车辆悬挂系统的受力特点,并结合动力学理论模拟了车辆在典型路面上行驶时负重轮摆角的变化情况,对扭力轴的受力进行了统计分析。根据扭力轴材料45CrNiMoVA特性和扭力轴的生产工艺特点,利用应力寿命干涉模型对扭力轴的使用可靠性进行了分析计算。整个软件包的6个模块分别是路面谱模块、受力分析模块、动力学分析模块、统计处理模块、零件材料曲线绘制模块和应力寿命计算可靠度模块。利用该工具包能较好地预测装甲车辆扭力轴的使用可靠性和疲劳寿命,为使用过程中制定有效的技术保障方案提供了科学依据。 Typical road surface spectrum of armored vehicle travel was generated according to road surface statistical characteristics. According to suspension system force features, and combined with dynamics theory, force state of torque bar was analyzed statistically. On the basis of 45CrNiMoVA material characteristics and production process features of torque bar, its serviceability was analyzed and calculated by means of stress-life model. 6 modules of full software package are road surface module, force analysis module, dynamics analysis module, statistical process analysis module, curve drawing analysis module of part material and stress-life calculation serviceability module. The package can predict serviceability and fatigue life of armored vehicle torque bar perfectly, and provide effective technical support plan in the course of operation.
