摘要
以往采用软件模拟的方法来衡量一个控制算法性能的好坏,不能真实地反映出实际工作情况,从而不能精确地断定该控制算法的实用性。介绍了一种模拟真实运行环境的某种伺服系统检测平台。整个检测系统由主控计算机、伺服系统控制箱、电机驱动装置、执行机构和伺服控制软件系统等几部分组成。通过对控制算法用C++语言实现,加入到系统软件的算法接口后,来检验该控制算法的性能能否达到设计要求。结果表明,该系统能够客观地反映出算法的实际控制性能,特别是在变功率、变转动惯量情况下能较好地反映实际情况。
A method based on software simulation can not evaluate if properties of control algorithm are good, and if actual work situation is reflected really, so as not to decide practicality of control algorithm accurately. A detection platform of a servo system to simulate real operational environment was introduced. Full detection system consists of main control computer, servo system control box, motor driving device, executive mechanism, servo control software system etc.. By means of C^++ language of control algorithm, and add it to algorithm interface of system software, properties of control algorithm were detected to satisfy design requirements. The result showed that the detection system can reflect real control properties objectively, especially reflect actual situation of system under the conditions of variable power and variable rotary inertia.
