摘要
目的:探讨慢性肺心病患者血小板功能的变化。方法:观察了25例慢性肺心病患者血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、血小板的黏附、聚集功能、血浆血栓索B2、von Willebrand因子和D-二聚体的变化,并对上述各指标与正常人群组进行比较。结果:慢性肺心病患者血小板GMP-140、血浆血栓素B2、von Willebrand因子显著高于对照组(P均＜0．001),慢性肺心病患者血小板功能较正常人明显增强。结论:慢性肺心病患者体内血小板被激活,功能增强,血小板参与了慢性肺心病的病理过程。
Objective： To evaluate the changes of platelet function in chronic Cor pulmonale.Methods： The values of platelet GMP-140（granule membrane protein）, platelet adhesivness. （PAdT）,platelet aggregation （PAgT） ,thronboxane B2 （TXB2）,yon wille-brand factor（vWF） and D - dimer with 25 chronic Cot pulmonale patients were measured and compared with the normal controis.Results： The results showed that the values of platelet GMP- 140, TXB2 and vWF in the group of chronic Cot pulmonale were all significantly higher than those in normal control group （P 〈 0.001, all） .Conclusion： The platelet function of chronic cot pulmonale remarkably increased and platelet contribut to the pathogenesis of chronic cot pulmonale.
