MMP-8在妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘中的表达

The expression of matrix metalloproteinases-8 in placenta of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的研究基质金属蛋白酶8-(MMP-8)在妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘中的表达,探讨MMP-8在妊娠期高血压疾病发病中的作用。方法用免疫组化SABC法检测67例妊娠期高血压疾病患者及21例正常妊娠者胎盘组织中MMP-8的表达。结果正常妊娠组胎盘MMP-8表达阳性率为80.9%,明显高于妊娠期高血压疾病组(26.9%)P<0.05,随妊妊娠期高血压疾病病情的加重,MMP-8的表达有下降趋势。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织MMP-8的表达明显减少,且随其病情加重有下降趋势,表明MMP-8与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生有密切关系。

Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-8（MMP-8）in placenta of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and approach its role in the course of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods MMP-8 of placenta was determined by immunohistochemical SABC assay and compared between 67 case hypertensive disorder complicating preg nancies and 21 case normal pregnancies, Results The positive rate of MMP-8 in normal pregnancies was 80.9%, which is significantly higher than that in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy （26.9%）, P 〈 0.05companying the aggravation of pathogenetic condition,the positive rate of MMP-8 in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnacy had a decreased tendency. The expression of MMP-8 in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy decreased significantly and had a decreased tendency accompanying the aggravation of pathogenetic condition, which indicated that MMP-8 has a dose relation with the development of hypertensive disorder complicating prgnancy.
