摘要 目的探讨肥胖的UAP患者PCI术后LP的变化及丹参粉针对其影响。方法采用酶联免疫法测定肥胖的和非肥胖的UAP患者PCI术前和PCI术后即刻、24h、治疗15天血清LP水平。结果PCI组UAP患者血清LP水平明显高于非PCI组,持续24小时,肥胖的UAP患者PCI术后血清LP水平明显高于非肥胖组,丹参粉针治疗15天血清LP水平明显降低。结论PCI可引起UAP患者LP水平升高,肥胖的UAP患者LP变化更明显,丹参粉针可逆转这一变化。 Objective To explore leptin(LP) level change in obesity unstable angina pectoris (UAP) patients by influence on dan shen power and influence on Pereutaneous eorenary intervention (PCI).Methods The level of plasma LP were measured by enmazy-immume mean in instant,twenty-four hours after PCI with obesity UAP patient and no obesity UAP patient and fifteen day by dan shen power treatment in obesity UAP patient after PCI.Results the plasma LP level of the instant,twenty-four hours after PCI were significantly higher than N PCI;The level of plasma LP were significantly higher in obesity UAP group than in no obesity UAP group after PCI ;the level of plasma LP with obesity UAP patients after PCI after fifteen day dan shen power treatment were significantly lower than before dan shen power treatment. Conclusion the level of plasma LP were influenced by PCI treatment in UAP patients and the most significant change in obesity UAP patients, it was transform by dan shen power.
