摘要 目的分析Ⅱ型糖尿病患者餐前和餐后血糖、胰岛素及血脂的变化,探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者餐前和餐后血糖、胰岛素及血脂的关系。方法利用AU5400自动生化分析仪测定30例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者和30例正常人餐前和餐后血糖、胰岛素、血脂、载脂蛋白及游离脂肪酸。结果餐前Ⅱ型糖尿病组的GLU、TG、FFA高于正常对照组,HDL-c低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。餐后Ⅱ型糖尿病组的GLU、TG、FFA高于正常对照组,HDL-c低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。另外Ⅱ型糖尿病组餐后CHOL、LDL-c、ApoA1、FFA下降程度高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血糖利用障碍,脂质利用加剧,高胰岛素水平有利于降低血脂水平。 Objective To investigate the changes of blood lipids with fasting and postprandial in patients with DM2.Methods 30 patients with DM2 and 30 normal controls were studied with fasting and postprandial blood lipid,apolipoprotein (Apo), serum insulin (INS) and glucose were measured. Results The levels of GLU,TG and FFA are higher and the level of HDL-c is low in DM2 than normal controls( P 〈 0.05).Pestprandial CHOL,LDL-c,APaA1 and FFA are remark decreased in DM2 than normal controls( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It is difficult to use glucose in DM2, the utilize of lipids are much more intensively. The use of insufin in therapy may benefit to the patients with DM2 in decreasing lipids.
