改善公司的治理机制,必须从改制的源头抓起。只有建立合理制衡的股权结构,从而才能建立有效的公司治理结构。研究股权结构与公司治理绩效间的关系,对我国上市公司现存的股权结构进行分析,针对其中存在的治理绩效低下的问题找出一些解决的途径,是十分重要的。

To improve corporate governance mechanism, we should begin with the origin of the mechanism. Only if a reasonable ownership structure is established, can efficient corporate governance be settled. On the basis of studying the relationship between ownership structure and corporate governance, the author analyzes the existing ownel^hip structure in China aad discovers the problem of inefficient corporate governance. At the same time, the： writer provides some solutions at the end of the paper.
