摘要
高等院校传统人事管理和人力资源管理有着本质上的区别,应与时俱进,采取有效措施,促进高校人事管理向人力资源管理转变。
The traditional personnel management in colleges and universities is greatly different from the human resources management. We should go with the times and take effective measures to promote the transfer from the personnel management to the human resources management.
