摘要
将热压ZrO2(2mol%Y2O3)陶瓷在200~350℃温度范围内进行不同时间时效试验。结果表明:抗弯强度随时效时间延长而下降;温度愈低,表面m相含量愈高,强度下降幅度愈大。在平行于相变层及垂直于表面部位产生的微裂纹,是导致材料强度下降的根本原因。
Hot pressed ZrO_2 (2 mol%Y_2O_3) ceramics were aged at the temperature range from 200℃ to 350℃ for different times. The results show that flexural strength of aged specimens decreases with ageing time.The lower the ageing temperature,the more the monoclinic phase produced at surfaces,which results in the larger amplitude of decrease in strength.It is observed that microcracks forming parallel to transformation layer and perpendicular to surfaces are responsible for the decrease in strength.
