摘要
研究了四种系列管线用钢的工艺对显微组织和力学性能的影响以及钢的可焊性,结果表明,间歇加速冷却速度Vc和间歇加速冷却终止温度Tf是控轧控冷工艺的两个主要参数,在Vc=5~12℃/s、Ti=550~600℃的条件下,可获得超细或细的针状铁素体组织,具有良好的强韧性配合,满足了X60~X80级别(美标API5LX)管线钢的要求,采用高温回火,还可获得最修的综合性能,尤其是低温韧性,可满足低焊接裂纹敏感性的压力容器用钢(CF62)的要求。
The paper presents effects of technologies on the microstru ctunes and mechanical properties in four type series pipeline steels Were studied.The results show that interrupted accelerated cooling rate( Vc)and interrupted accelerated cooling ending temperature are two major parameters of controlled rolling and controlled cooling technologies.In conditions of Vc =5 ~12℃/s and Tf=550~600℃,the tested steels with lower containing alloying elements have obtained(super) fine acicular ferrite microstructure as well as high strength -toughness ,whic have satisfied requirements for X60~X80 pipeline steels. Moreover,the tested steels with above acicular ferrite aftet high temperature tempered have obtained optimum complex properties,wich have attained complex properties of the tested steels after quench+temper-treated.Therefore,the tested steels under this condition have satisfied requirements for pressurized reseroviring steel(GB150-89.CF62).
