摘要
研究表明,运用激光熔覆的方法在基材表面上涂上一定含量的Ni包WC粒子合金粉末层,具有16Mn基材2.2倍的相对耐冲蚀性能,对冲蚀表面分析表明冲蚀表面是一个分形结构,冲蚀磨损的体积冲蚀率与靶材磨损表面的分形维数呈负斜率的直线关系,并且可以用两种不同的分形维数来描述冲蚀磨屑的几何不规则性和碎片性,且两者具有不同的物理意义。
Relative erosion wear resistance of cladding layer which contains Ni-based WC particles by laser processing is 2.2 times as that of 16Mn base material. Analysis of erosive surface indicates that the erosive surface is a fractal structure.The volume erosive ratio of erosive wear surface is inverse proportion to the fractal dimension of erosive wear surface.The irregular geometric and fragmentation of erosive fillings can be described with two different fractal dimension,which have their different physics respectively.
