The thesis concludes the relation equation of Ac heft from the loop of the input and output of transistor:
△VBE=hie△iB+hre△VCE
△ic=hfe△iB+Hoe△VCE
The left of the equation 1 is a voltage, the two items of the right are certain to be voltage, too, the left of the equation 2 is a circuit, the two items of the right are certain to be two circuit.
Seen from this, the physics meaning of h, and hre△Vce, is actually a resistor element and an voltage source. The physics meaning of hfe△iB and hoe is actually a admittance and an circuit source.
From this we can draw the equivalent circuit of the input port. It is made up of the serial connection of hie and hre △ Cce On the other hand, the equivalent circuit of the output port is actually made up of the parallel connection of hfe △ iB and hoe.
