摘要
利用Word中的“邮件合并”功能可以方便实现大部分内容固定不变的文档的批量编辑、打印.本文以打印并邮寄“学生成绩通知单”为例,讲述了“邮件合并”在教学方面的应用.
By making use of the function "mail merger" in word, we can edit and print a batch of documents in which most contents is not changed. This paper discusses the application of the "mail merger" in teaching, and we can use it printing and posting "requisition of the student's achievement".
