摘要
采用扫描电镜、电子探针及X射线研究了720~730℃热浸,纯Al、Al+1.7%Si,Al+3.6%Si三种钢板镀层,结果表明:加Si镀层结构改变,并对界面合金层生长有强烈的抑制作用,Si量增加抑制作用明显。分析表明,Si占据了Fe2Al3中Al原子快速扩散的空位位置,从而导致合金层的缓慢生长。
Hot dip coating in a pure and a pure and a silioor-containing(0.7%Si,3.6%Si)aluminum melt have been investigated by SEM,EPMA and XRD.The results show that Si coul strongly reduce the aluminum alloy layer thickness.Analysis reveals that Si atoms occupy the structural vacancies of Fe2Al5 phaes, which has good diffusion for Al atoms,thereforre,it results in growing more slowly for intermediate alloy layers,
