摘要
根据带式输送机胶带上部物料断面形状的不同假定,本文推导了带式输送机设计中的物料断面系数的计算公式。通过研究给出了确定的托辊长度与有效宽度的比值θ,从而实现了对设计参数连续变化的计算,克服了现行设计中表格法的不足,有利于计算机程序的实现。本文提出的公式法计算结果基本符合日本和德国的计算标准。
In accordance with the different assumptions of the top shape of material transported on belt, this paper, respectively, introduces the formule of calculating the factor of material cross-section and gives certain ratios of the length of idle to the practical width of material. The formula method, unlike table method, is convenient for realizing continuous changing of parameters in design and programing in CAD. The results obtained by the method presented in this paper accords with the standards of Japan and Germany.
