介质阻挡放电中放电波形的改善

Optimization of Discharge Waveform in Dielectric Barrier Discharge

摘要 在常压尖-尖电极结构介质阻挡放电中,测量了放电电流波形随放电间隙以及外加电感的变化,由此给出了放电电流脉冲宽度随放电间隙、外加电感线圈电感量的变化关系,并对此进行了定性解释,为优化介质阻挡放电放电结构提供了一种新的途径. Changes of discharge current waveform with different discharge space and inductance in electrocircuit are tested under normal pressure in Dielectric Barrier Discharge system with needle- needle electrodes The article presents the relationships of discharge current pulse width with discharge space and inductance respectively, then supplies qualitatively explanations for the relationships. A new way is provided to optimize Dielectric Barrier Discharge structure.
