基于数值模拟的拼焊接板冲压成形研究

摘要 以数值模拟为基础,通过半球胀形数值模拟,研究拼焊板成形性能降低的主要影响因素,研究拼焊板对板料成形高度、板料成形极限、应力应变等的影响及改变焊缝位置对其最大成形高度、应力应变状态等情况的影响。并分析焊缝位置变化对各成形极限影响的一些基本规律,从而得到了拼焊接板冲压成形过程中的一些值得注意的特性。 This paper which is foundation with numerical simulation studies the main influence factor of lower forming function of the tailor-welded-blanks by the hemisphere bulge form numerical simulation, the influences of blanks forming high degree, blanks forming extreme limit and strength changes by tailor-welded-blanks etc, the influences of the forming high degree and strength changes. And it analyses some laws of influences of the position of weld bead changes to the forming extreme limits, then we can know some characters of tailor-welded-blanks, which are worthy of being attented, during the stamping process.
