摘要
讨论光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感技术用于固体火箭发动机结构应变场、温度场和损伤状况健康监测的可行性。分析了利用FBG传感器组成固体火箭发动机结构健康监测系统的关键技术问题,包括光纤传感器的工艺集成,光纤传感网络的最优化布置,分布式传感器信号的解耦与处理等,并给出一些研究结论和初步解决方案。基于FBG传感器的健康监测系统在固体火箭发动机领域显示了良好的应用前景。
The feasibility of applying fiber gratings sensing on health monitoring of solid rocket motor (SRM) is discussed, including the strain measurement, temperature measurement and damage measurement. The key techniques of health monitoring system for SRM based on fiber gratings sensors, such as the integration of fiber gratings sensors into the structure, the optimal configuration, the signal demodulation and processing of distribute fiber gratings sensor system, are analyzed, and some progresses are also given.
