摘要
技术经营是一种方兴未艾的创新模式，在发达国家得到了有效运用。美、日等发达国家政府在促进技术经营方面做出了大量的努力，值得我们学习和借鉴。处于赶超阶段的我国，技术经营更有特别重要的意义，需要政府在制度建设、人才培养和知识传播上制定有力的政策予以推动。本文在归纳技术经营的作用和发达国家经验的基础上，提出了我国推进技术经营的政策建议。
Management of Technology （MOT） is an emerging innovation model which has contributed very much in USA, Japan and other advanced countries to their competitive advantage improvements. The paper, based on analysis of MOT paradigm and experiences in advanced countries, puts forward some policy suggestions for promoting MOT in China.
