北京市发展汽车共享服务的经济生态效率及其可行性研究

The Economic and Ecological Efficiency of Car Sharing Service and the Feasibility to Implement the Service in Beijing

提高产品的服务强度和服务的需求满足强度，增加单位产品提供的需求满足，并减少单位需求满足产生的环境生命周期影响，可以有效提高产品的经济生态效率。本文计算了荷兰汽车共事服务的经济生态效率。并对北京市非正式的汽车共事服务进行了实证研究。建议北京市政府应该规范顺风车服务，制定相关的政策鼓励发展正式的汽车共享服务。

Improving the intensity of service of a product and needs satisfaction of product per unit and reducing environmental impact resulting from needs satisfaction per unit will enable us to provide the same needs satisfaction with fewer products and less impact of environmental life cycle, thus improving economic ecological efficiency of a product. This paper calculates the economic ecological efficiency of car sharing in Netherlands and conducts an empirical study on informal car sharing in Beijing. Beijing Government should adopt certain policies to regulate current booming informal car sharing and encourage formal car sharing services across the city.
