摘要
领导干部考察信息是领导人才资源管理和使用的关键依据。在实际工作中,干部考察信息失真产生于考察信息传递的各个环节,并在不同的环节受到不同因素的影响和制约,给领导干部的选拔、任用和管理带来了一定的影响。本文将干部考察信息的传递分为四个阶段,分析了在不同的传递阶段考察信息失真产生的诱因,并针对这些诱因提出了相应的控制措施。通过这种信息传递流程的分析方法,不仅可以深化对干部考察信息失真问题的认识,还可以为干部考察信息失真的控制提供新的策略。
The information of cadre review is the key foundation for cadres resources management, However, the information distortion which comes into being at every, links of imparting - process and is not only influenced but also restricted by different elements brings forward passive effect to the choosing, appoint and management of cadres. The article divides the imparting - process of the information into four stages, researching on the different forming mechanism of the unsymmetry information in each phase, and putting forward the corresponding solution measures. Based on analysis above, the article finished with the two pieces of revelation to the topic.
