摘要 介绍了大型水泵几种流量测定方法的基本原理,从准确性、实用性和经济性三个方面进行比较。结果表明:探针可以准确测得水泵流道三维流速分布,求得单泵流量,流量测定精度迭±(1.6%~2.0%),与现有的盐水浓度法相当,高于流速仪法。探针测流法还具有操作简便、试验成本低的优点,可以推广应用。 The basic principles of several discharge measuring methods for large sized pumps are introduced, and the results are compared from three aspects accuracy, practicability and economy. The results indicate that three-dimensional velocity distribution of pump passage could be measured accurately with probe to calculate the discharge of each pump. The discharge measuring accuracy is ±(1.6-2.0)%, which is equivalent with saline concentration method, and higher than that of current meter method. Probe method could be extended and applied widely because it has the merits of simple operation and low test cost.
