摘要 钢纤维喷射混凝土是一种性能优良的新型复合材料,应用领域十分广泛。通过对掺加新型外加剂XPM的钢纤维喷射混凝土试验研究分析,选择原材料,找出粉煤灰掺量、钢纤维种类和掺量、不同外加剂组合等对钢纤维喷射混凝土拌和物性能及物理力学性能的影响,并通过试喷试验分析,选定符合设计要求、性能优良、经济合理的配合比。另外,还介绍了利用该试验成果加固佛子岭大坝的施工方法、有关施工参数和施工技术要求。 As a new type of compound material, steel fiber shot-concrete exhibits excellent characteristics and applied widely. In this paper, based on the test of steel fiber shot-concrete by adding additive XPM, the influence of fly ash mixture ratio, type and quantity of steel fiber, and different additive combination on the performance and physical mechanic properties of steel fiber shot concrete are analyzed. Then, the economical and reasonable mixture ratio that meets the requirement of design is provided through experiment, the construction method, construction parameters and construction technology requirement are also introduced through application in the Fuziling Dam reinforcement.
