心脏起搏负荷超声试验研究进展
摘要
心脏起搏负荷超声试验是诊断冠状动脉疾病的一种无创方法,包括经食管起搏负荷超声和永久起搏器负荷超声。因为其直接提高心率而增加心脏负荷,不依赖于运动和药物的干预,故其扩大了负荷试验的适应症,并且有较高的安全性和可行性。其中近年发展起来的永久起搏器负荷超声,已被证实敏感性和特异性均较高,有望成为置入永久起搏器人群的一线负荷试验。
