A new type of the thermoplastic prepregnation process and resin formula for producing carbonfiber-epoxy resin prepreg tape with a width of 3￣15mm and without separation paper between the rovingsis presented.The liquid resin needn't prereact and be made film.The prepreg and wound case has good quality and high performance with lower cost and simple device,so the process will be widly applied in manufacturing solid rocket motor case
