球磨机动态载荷谱的研究与测试

球磨机动态载荷谱是对球磨机进行动态设计、故障诊断的主要依据之一。文中对球磨机所受连续分布载荷进行分析简化，推导出载荷与传递函数、响应之间的关系表达式。由锤击法测取Φ４００×４００球磨机对应点的传递函数，经转换得球磨机的载荷谱，得到了球磨机动载荷在频域中的能量分布情况。文中对连续分布载荷作用下的载荷谱的识别作了有益的探讨。

Dynamic load spectrum of a ball mill is one of the main bases for its dynamic design and fault diagnosis.After analyzin and then simplifying the continuously distributed loads acting on the mill,a formula representing the relationship among the loads,its frequency response function and response is derived.The freguency response function betreen corresponding points of a ball mill of 400×400 is measured by hammer excitation.A load spectrum in the frequency domain describing the energy distribution of the load on the mill is obtained by calculations.A useful try at identifying the spectrum of a continuously distributed load is made in this work.Some results with engineering value for the dynamic loads of a ball mill are obtained.
