热电偶测温的微机补偿

摘要 为了提高热电偶测温的精度,利用AD590温度传感器对冷端温度进行动态测定,再根据热电偶分度表获得冷端补偿电势值,然后在微机内与热电偶实际输出电势进行代数迭加,通过热电偶分度表,便可由该代数和换算出实测温度。该补偿法在对海军某舰柴油机排气温度的测定中,取得了较高精度。 In order to improve the accuracy in the measurement of temperature by a thermocouple, a temperature sensor AD590 is used to dynamically follow the environmental temperature. According to the relationship between the output electromotive force of the thermocouple and its temperature under conditions of the temperature of its cold end to be 0℃, the compensative value of the electromotive force of the cold end can be obtained. By adding the value to the accual output of the thermocouple in a microcomputer the temperature to be measured can be figured out. The method has been used in measuring the temperature of exhaust gas of the main engine equipped in a ship of the navy. Results show that considerable accuracy can be attained with automatic compensation and dynamic display.
